This finca is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and offers peace and serenity, privacy and tranquility. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers very high quality finishes. Perfect for those who like to live outdoors and enjoy being connected with nature. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are reachable by a short walk as the village center is just a stone's throw away. On the groundfloor there is a large, open and modern fitted kitchen by Birgit Müller, equipped with the best appliances and adjacent to the living and dining area with a wood fireplace, as well as a large laundry room and a storage room. Also on this floor you can find a spacious bedroom, currently used as a gym, and a bathroom. Es Capdellà is an idyllic mountain village in the southwest of Mallorca, with about 1000 inhabitants, which belongs to the municipality of Calvià.
