This finca is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and offers peace and serenity, privacy and tranquility. The house was completely renovated in 2020 and offers very high quality finishes. Perfect for those who like to live outdoors and enjoy being connected with nature. The nearest restaurants and supermarkets are reachable by a short walk as the village center is just a stone's throw away. On the groundfloor there is a large, open and modern fitted kitchen by Birgit Müller, equipped with the best appliances and adjacent to the living and dining area with a wood fireplace, as well as a large laundry room and a storage room. Es Capdellà is an idyllic mountain village in the southwest of Mallorca, with about 1000 inhabitants, which belongs to the municipality of Calvià.  In addition to a breathtaking mountain backdrop, you can enjoy absolute tranquility and pure Mallorca feeling here! The charming village center with its small cafes and nice restaurants, you reach comfortably in few minutes. Also worth mentioning are the great Mallorcan hotel Castell Son Claret, the Bar Nou and Es Moli, two central meeting places in the village with Mallorcan cuisine, which also have a high attraction for tourists. The mountain routes from Capdella to Puigpunyent via Galilea and to Andratx and Paguera are also particularly scenic. Es Capdella is only a few kilometres from the coast, where long sandy beaches and beautiful coves invite you to swim. Here you will find a great variety of activities as well as a very good infrastructure. Palma can be reached in about 15 minutes, the airport in 20-25 minutes.
