Maria Carina Thiede has been living on Mallorca since 2012 and has been working in the real estate sector for some of the most renowned real estate companies since 2008. As a trained real estate agent, Maria not only knows the Mallorcan real estate market very well, but through her years of experience she has also been able to gain knowledge of the Swiss and German real estate market. Maria speaks German, English and Spanish.
Hendrik Thiede has been living in Mallorca since the beginning of 2018 and has worked for one of the most renowned brokerage firms in the Southwest of the island. His speciality is selling off-plan properties and is in love with helping his new clients customize their future home on the island. Hendrik speaks English and German.
Regina Rochell comes from Germany and has lived on Mallorca for over 20 years. There she worked in the advertising industry, then changed to the real estate sector. She gained experience in selling and building properties herself, as well as selling luxury furniture and kitchens. She has been in the real estate industry since 2006 and has worked for renowned real estate companies in Mallorca. Regina speaks German, English and Spanish
Mareike Wärren was born in Berlin and has lived on Mallorca since 2009. Mareike has been working in the real estate industry since 2014 and has successfully worked for one of the most renowned real estate companies on Mallorca. During these years, Mareike was able to gain good market knowledge and experience about the real estate market on Mallorca. As Mareike herself has a great weakness for the beautiful Majorcan estates and fincas, she has become a specialist in this field over the years. Mareike speaks German, English and Spanish.
Kerstin Hering is originally from northern Germany. She lived in Berlin for 15 years and worked there as a director after completing her studies. The beauty of the island and the diversity of the property market in Mallorca impressed her so much that she emigrated and has been working as an estate agent in Mallorca since 2016. Before Montfair, she worked for one of the largest real estate agencies in Mallorca, where she not only gained experience and market knowledge, but was also one of the top sellers. She is a passionate estate agent and feels at home in the south-west of the island, both personally and professionally. She loves the proximity to the sea and is familiar with the areas around the harbours of Portals and Port Adriano and their associated villa hills. Kerstin speaks German, English and Spanish.
